Clear commercial boundaries

Product, project and cooperation FAQ.

These answers explain how to select products and discuss project requirements. Final technical and commercial terms remain subject to confirmed project or order information.

Before you request a quotation

Reduce assumptions and confirm the real scope.

A useful quotation starts with the application and operating conditions—not only a product picture or target price.

Prepare an enquiry
Do published models represent the final quotation?

No. Published models are reference configurations. Final price and supply scope depend on quantity, application, target voltage, documentation, packaging and confirmed technical requirements.

Is OEM or private label included by default?

No. The default basis is the JINFAN WATER standard configuration and standard presentation. Logo, packaging, private label or structural customization is evaluated separately only when the buyer requests it.

Can one certificate statement apply to every model and market?

No. Certificate type, model scope, validity and target-market requirements must be checked separately before any compliance claim is used in a quotation or public document.

What information is needed for a commercial RO recommendation?

Application, daily demand, peak-hour demand, feed-water TDS, inlet pressure, available space, electrical supply and hot/cold/ambient dispensing requirements.

What information is needed for an industrial wastewater review?

Industry, wastewater source, flow, operating hours, laboratory analysis, existing treatment process, discharge or reuse target, site conditions and the expected project boundary.

How do I discuss an exhibition follow-up or a current project?

Use the contact page to describe your product or project requirements. An exhibition archive records past event information; it is not a current booking page.

How do I send an enquiry?

Prepare your message on the contact page, then open WhatsApp or your email application to review and send it. Filling in the form alone does not send your message.

BUYER ANSWERS

Compare with the right information.

What is the difference between JFPS-300L and JFPS-500L?

The September update lists 300 L/h with 2 kW and 4040 × 1 RO membranes, and 500 L/h with 2.1 kW and 4040 × 2 membranes. Both specify 220 V. The 500 L/h configuration lists a 200 L tank; the 300 L/h tank capacity and both net weights need confirmation. See the full comparison and conditions.

What should a distributor send for a quotation?

Send the target market, exact model, quantity, voltage, intended application, documentation requirements and packaging needs. Ask for confirmation of minimum order quantity, lead time and any requested private-label scope.

Can similar model names share the same specifications?

Do not assume they can. Suffixes, cabinets and source editions may differ. Confirm the exact configuration and specification sheet before comparing offers. Read the configuration notes.
